How to Register

Registration Guideline

  1. On-line registration is highly recommended through the ISGO official website at and will be available from January 9, 2017. If on-line registration is unavailable, please download the registration form from the website and fax it to the secretariat at +82-2-2192-3955 or
  2. No Registration will be confirmed until the full payment is received. You will be able to check the status of registration through 'My Page'.

Payment Methods

Registration without full payment will not be honored until full payment is received and confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment. Payment for the registration will be accepted only by bank transfer.

Registration Confirmation

Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

Payment Status (Check at 'My Page')

Please check the status of your registration and payment at 'My page'.
Payment Status will be changed from 'Not Complete' to 'Complete' within one weeks upon clearance of the payment.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat via e-mail ( or fax (+82-2-2192-3955).
  • All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
    • Cancellation by January 22, 2017
      100% Refund
    • Cancellation from January 23 to 31, 2017
      50% Refund
    • Cancellation after February 1, 2017
      No Refund
